Your Parcel Shipment

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment (depending on workload). Shipments are sent via FedEx with tracking and delivery without signature, unless otherwise specified. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the order. We recommend grouping items into one order, as separate orders cannot be combined and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Packages are dispatched at the customer’s risk; however, special care is taken to ensure items—especially fragile products—are securely packed. All parcels are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes, and items are well protected.

Where is MADAK Design Sp. z o.o. based?

MADAK Design Sp. z o.o. is based in Poland, and all orders are fulfilled and shipped from our production and logistics facilities within the European Union.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to the availability of services provided by our payment and courier partners, including FedEx.

A full list of available shipping destinations is shown in the shopping cart before checkout. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot deliver to that location. We are unable to ship to countries outside the available list on an individual request basis.

International Delivery – Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are applied by local authorities upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not under our control, and we cannot predict their amount. The customer is fully responsible for payment of any such duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any breach of such laws.
