DELIVERY

Your pack shipment.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment (depends from busy work) and are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are cardboxes and your items are well-protected.

Where is Autoschilder Kretschmer based?

The Autoschilder Kretschmer factory and HQ is currently based in the Germany, and we fulfil orders from here. We power stores and ship products for thousands of customers in hundreds of countries.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. The only limit is the availability of services provided by our payment and courier partners in a country. You can see the full list of the countries that we ship to in the cart, this is before you pay for your order. If your country is not shown in the list, unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to this location. We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis or change territories by request.

International Delivery - Duties and Taxes

If you order Custom Products from our site to delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your Custom Order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.  Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your Custom Order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Custom Products are destined.  We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Do you offer Click & Collect or store collect?

We do not the Click & Collect delivery service. You are very welcome to use our store collection options in the cart and come over and pick up an order placed online.

After placing your order, we’ll email you when your order is ready to be collected along with directions on how to get to us. You would be welcome to collect personally.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This is a bespoke manufacturing service whereby we manufacture one-of-a-kind goods to your specifications and therefore refunds and returns of goods are not possible.

We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or "item no longer required" as all our License Plates are custom made and as such are exempt from distance selling regulations.

We will accept no returns of for any reason, therefore we encourage customers to take care with the specifications and take care to understand the terms and conditions of their order. By making a purchase order or by signing off the jobsheet and invoice you agree to pay the goods listed and understand that no refund, replacement or compensation can be claimed for the goods once the order has been placed.

You can only return or exchange our products from Category ''License Plate Holders and Cars Accessories'' (Products like License Plate Holders, Fixing and Sucker Cups).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, Refunds can only be made to the method of payment in the original transaction.

We do not refund the shipping fees paid.

Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. We`ll not refund items are damaged or loss in shipping process.

Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Our normal refund processing time for returned items is one week, from receipt of the item. However, in extreme instances, in may take up to two weeks to process a return and refund a credit card.

DAMAGES & ERRORS    

If your plates are received damaged, please contact your delivery service.  All our plates are examined for quality before dispatch and packed to ensure no damage is caused during shipping. Any errors found to be the fault on our part we will replace as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide a picture before we can do this
